Privacy Policy

All photographs created by Israel Photography by Atara remain the intellectual property of the photographer and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

By booking a photography session, clients acknowledge and agree that Israel Photography by Atara retains the right to use photographs from their session for business and promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, the company’s website, portfolio, social media platforms, advertising, marketing materials, publications, and other promotional channels.

Exclusive Image Rights

Clients who prefer that their photographs remain private and not be used for promotional or marketing purposes may purchase an Exclusive Image Rights option for an additional fee of $150.

This fee must be paid at the time of booking. The exclusivity request must be made and confirmed before the photography session takes place.

If the Exclusive Image Rights fee is not paid at the time of booking, Israel Photography by Atara retains the right to use photographs from the session for the purposes described above, subject to applicable law and any other applicable written agreement.

The Exclusive Image Rights option applies to the photographs covered by the booking and prevents their use by Israel Photography by Atara for the promotional and marketing purposes described in this policy. It does not transfer copyright ownership to the client.

By completing a booking, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
