Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend reserving a session approximately six months in advance if travel dates remain flexible. For families traveling on a fixed itinerary or celebrating on a specific date, we recommend reaching out as soon as travel plans are confirmed. Reservations are accepted up to 12 months in advance, and up to 18 months in advance when working alongside a tour coordinator or event planner.
Once you're ready to reserve a session, simply contact our studio through the website or WhatsApp. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit, at which point your date and time are reserved exclusively for your family.
Every session includes all of the finest photographs, individually and professionally edited, and delivered in full resolution through a private online gallery. Your gallery will remain available for six months, allowing ample time to download and safely archive your photographs.
Our full cancellation policy is available on the website. Should travel plans change due to the security situation in Israel, any payments made may be applied as a credit toward a future visit. We look forward to welcoming your family when the time is right.
The safety of our clients is our highest priority. We strictly follow all official instructions issued by Israel's Home Front Command and plan every session accordingly. When necessary, locations are selected with immediate access to shelter, and all safety procedures are reviewed before the session begins. Throughout the past several years, our studio has continued photographing families safely while carefully following all official guidance.
