Born and raised in Jerusalem, to parents who left it all behind to return to Israel, Atara’s work reflects both the history, the glory and holiness of the land while remaining deeply authentic and rooted in Israel’s urban rhythm.

At the heart of my work is an early childhood memory. Whenever my family returned from abroad, my father would hurry off the plane and kiss the ground of Eretz Yisroel.

That image has shaped the awe and gratitude I feel for the privilege of living here and raising my daughter upon this holy ground. It is this feeling that I strive to carry into every experience I design and every photograph I create.

Each session is uniquely shaped by the energy, the light and by those being photographed. Led by the intention to pass the love for our land and to create art that brings beauty and connection into your heart and home.
