Cancellation Policy

To secure your booking, a non-refundable down payment is required. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms:

• The retainer is non-refundable under any circumstance.

• You may reschedule your session, up until 14 days before your session-but the price for the session will be the one at the time of the rescheduling-not the original price. The downpayment can be used towards the session.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your session or event.
• Once the final payment has been made, it is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel within 14 days of your session or event, no refunds or credits will be issued.
• Cancellations made after the final payment is due are not eligible for future credit, rescheduling credit, or transfer of funds.

By completing your booking, you agree to these terms and understand that your reserved date is held exclusively for you.
